Chilli Sauce
Everyone has their favourite chilli sauce. Gochujang, sambal, shatta, nam phrik, Tabasco? This is ours. It's punchy, sharp, acidic, and, most importantly, spicy. Fermented red chillis give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl it into yoghurt, spread it on a sandwich, or add it to a sauce for an added punch.
