How do I create a CRISP LOYALTY account?
Sign up for a Crisp Home + Wear customer account to join our loyalty program automatically. You can
also join by clicking the 'CRISP LOYALTY' tab at the bottom of our page. If you have shopped with us
online before, use the same email you entered at checkout, and your account will include your complete
online purchase history.
What is the purpose of a CRISP LOYALTY account?
We appreciate your choice to shop with us, so we've implemented a loyalty program to express
gratitude for your business.
How Do I Earn Points?
Every time you buy a full-priced item online or in-store at Crisp Home + Wear, you will earn points - 1 point for every $1 spent. You can also accumulate points by referring friends, posting product reviews,
and following our social media accounts. All the ways to earn points are outlined above.
Will my Crisp Home + Wear purchase history show on my online account?
Your CRISP LOYALTY online account will show only your online purchase history, but your CRISP LOYALTY credits will include purchases you have made in our stores.
How can I find my current balance of CRISP LOYALTY POINTS?
Once you’ve created an account, you can check your points balance by clicking on the blue "CRISP
LOYALTY" tab at the bottom of our website. After each purchase, you'll receive an email with your
updated loyalty points balance. Our in-store team can also help you check your points balance.
Will My Points Expire?
Your points will expire unless you purchase from us more than once within 12 months. For instance, if your last purchase was in June 2024 and you shop again in December 2025, your points will be reset to 0. However, we will send you a reminder email when your points are close to expiring. Purchase with us again, and your points will be active for another 12 months.
How do I use my Rewards?
To access your account, click the ‘CRISP LOYALTY’ blue tab. Here, you can view a list of rewards you can unlock using your CRISP LOYALTY POINTS. Once you have accumulated enough points to unlock a reward, you can redeem them for a unique discount code. Your unique discount code will be emailed to you. During checkout, you can apply the discount code by simply copying and pasting it into the designated discount code field and clicking 'apply'. Please note that loyalty discount vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or used to purchase sale items. Minimum spending requirements apply. If you wish to use a discount voucher in-store, please inform the team member at the counter.
Once I unlock a reward, how long do I have to use it?
Your CRISP LOYALTY REWARD will expire within 30 days of unlocking it.
How do I leave a product review to earn CRISP LOYALTY POINTS?
On our website, navigate to your purchased product and click 'write review' underneath the product
description. You can leave up to 4 reviews per month and earn 20 CRISP LOYALTY POINTS per review.
I referred a friend but didn't get any CRISP LOYALTY POINTS.
Once your friend purchases using the 10% discount you gave them as a referral, you will accumulate 100
CRISP LOYALTY POINTS on your account.
I'm trying to redeem a reward and use another offer, but it's not working.
The checkout only allows for one discount code per transaction; a sale discount code and a CRISP
LOYALTY discount code cannot be used in one sale. If purchasing multiple items, you can do separate
transactions to use each code, and we can send your items together in one parcel.
Terms + Conditions
Crisp Home + Wear reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards anytime.
Loyalty vouchers can only be redeemed once and not used with other offers.
Loyalty vouchers may only be redeemed against full-priced items.
When redeeming a loyalty voucher, a minimum spend is applied.
If you return any items purchased with a Loyalty Voucher, the voucher discount or value will be
subtracted from the return credit.
