We understand sometimes things don't work out. If you are looking to make a return, don't stress we have a change-of-mind policy for online purchases and you have statutory rights under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Crisp Home + Wear are committed to providing high quality products. We ensure all online orders are checked, wrapped and packaged carefully.
Should your online purchase arrive damaged in transit, faulty, or is not what you ordered please contact Crisp Home + Wear Online immediately via email at online@crisphomeandwear, alternatively phone +64 27 575 4681.
We will endeavour to correct any issues as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for all full priced items purchased online a full refund, store credit or exchange will be offered for items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in the manufacturers packaging with all labels and swing tags still attached. All items returned are subject to inspection.
For items purchased on sale (except final sale) we offer a store credit.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on final sale items, seasonal items, food, skin and personal care items, swimwear, underwear, hats, glasses or earrings, unless they are faulty.
Orders that qualify for Crisp Home + Wear's free shipping do so on the understanding that you will keep the goods purchased.
Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund or store credit, Crisp Home + Wear will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
Shipping expenses are not refundable.
Should you wish to make a return please complete the Returns Form that accompanied your order. Carefully package the items together with your Returns Form and arrange shipment at your cost back to;

We recommend that you use a tracked service as Crisp Home + Wear cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Your return remains your responsibility until received by us.
You may return items back to one of our stores, please ensure the goods are returned with a completed Returns Form.
Please note our in store team will be unable to process a refund but will be able to help assist you with an exchange or store credit. A refund will be processed by our Online team.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

On our loyalty programme you earn a point for every $1 you spend.
For every 650 points earned you will receive a $50 reward voucher to spend in store or online.
There is no expiry on points.
To join CRISP LOYALTY in store simply sign up and give your name each time you shop with us. When shopping online you will automatically be signed up.
Loyalty is able to be collected on full priced purchases only.
Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be spent in a single transaction. The reward voucher cannot be given as a gift.
Reward vouchers once claimed must be used within 30 days.
